Simply put\, it’s a citizen led survey that helps to create a snapshot of the variety of life found in a specific location. The records collected then go on to form part of a genuine scientific survey of the area and are added to the national database.  \nOr in other words\, it’s an informal and fun way to meet some fellow nature lovers and have a good nosey around in the NOMA garden on a Thursday night with an expert by your side. Who knows\, we might even let you have a go with the big butterfly net. \nThis event is free to attend but booking is recommend

It’s a powerful anthology bringing together the voices of 200 women writers of African descent from across the world. \nThere won’t be a book club meeting in July as we’re taking a short summer break\, but we’ll be back in August as usual.
